For businesses that sign a contract with Judopay by 11.59 GMT on 2nd December 2024 through claiming the Black Friday Offer, you will not pay a set up fee and will get up to 200 free transactions.
The “no set up fee” ensures that the cost of a set up fee will be removed from the merchant’s first invoice from Judopay.
The “up to 200 free transactions” means that the merchant will receive a rebate up to the maximum value of £100.

Please read the following terms and conditions before you participate in the Judopay Black Friday Offer. The following Terms and Conditions will apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions you must not participate in the Offer.
1.1. The Promoter of the Offer is Alternative Payments Limited t/a Judopay registered in England and Wales under company number 07959933 and whose registered office address is 41 Luke Street, London, EC2A 4DP, United Kingdom (referred to as “Judopay”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2.1. Participation in the Offer is limited to Eligible Merchants.
3.1. The offer period during which a merchant needs to sign a contract commences at 9.00 GMT on 25th November 2024 (“Start Date”) and ends at 23.59 GMT on the 2nd December 2024 (“End Date”).
4.1. Eligible Merchants will benefit from no set up fee and up to 200 free transactions.
4.2. Eligible Merchants must sign a Judopay contract before the offer end date to opt into the Offer.
4.3. The Offer is subject to a total processing fee limit valued at maximum £100.
4.4. Transactions fees means all fees payable by you to Judopay and any third parties for each transaction processed by Judopay for you.
5.1. Access to the internet is required in order to participate in this Offer.
5.2. The Offer is available to Eligible Merchants in all countries where Judopay provides services to customers.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
5.4. The Promoter has the final decision as to whether or not a merchant meets the definition of Eligible Merchant.
6.1. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that an Eligible Merchant has engaged in any fraud or abuse of this Offer, we may at our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in such circumstances, including but not limited to cancelling, terminating, withdrawing, modifying, restricting or suspending the Offer or these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. We reserve the right to charge any Eligible Merchant for any set up or transaction fees where we believe such Eligible Merchant acted fraudulently to qualify for the Offer or otherwise acted in violation of these terms.
6.3. If any Eligible Merchant attempts to circumvent the terms of this Offer, including by creating multiple Judopay accounts, such Eligible Merchant’s participation in the Offer will be suspended and their Judopay account may be suspended or closed.
7.1. The Offer shall not be liable to any Eligible Merchant if they suffer any loss of damage from the Offer (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Offer) or from the Promoter’s refusal to allow an Eligible Merchant to take part in the Offer or our withdrawal of the Offer or any other failure or inability by an Eligible Merchant to participate in or benefit from the Offer for any reason.
7.2. The Offer does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations or any third parties mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
8.1. In the event of the unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserved the right to cancel, terminate, modify, restrict or suspend the Offer or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
8.2. Eligible Merchants in the Offer are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions (and any contractual or non-contractural disputes arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes relating or connected to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
