Judopay becomes a Climate Positive business, paving the way for sustainable commerce.
London, 23 November - Judopay, a leading mobile payment provider, is proud to announce it has been certified, by Earthly, as a Climate Positive business. This certification marks a significant milestone in Judopay’s dedication to actively contribute to a more sustainable future.
In an era where environmental responsibility is paramount, Judopay is committed to not only reducing its own emissions but also investing in initiatives that help offset any remaining carbon emissions. This commitment is part of Judopay’s dedication to corporate social responsibility and environmental responsibility.
To compensate for any unavoidable emissions, Judopay has worked with Earthly to invest in high-impact carbon offset projects. These projects include Peatland Protection in Indonesian Borneo and Seaweed Farming in Conwall. Some of the sustainable development goals these projects achieve include responsible consumption and production, climate action, gender equality and affordable clean energy.

This Climate Positive certification was granted by Earthly, after a comprehensive assessment and data analysis of Judopay’s operations, as well as an investment in carbon offset projects. This certification, and the assessment completed in order to achieve it, is one of the many climate positive initiatives Judopay looks to undertake and champion in the commerce industry going forward.
