Where are your roles based?
Our office is located in the heart of tech city… Shoreditch, London! (But we do have some people working remotely too!)
Do you offer internships or work experience placements?
We love to offer these types of opportunities if we have enough bandwidth at the time to effectively support you and ensure you have a great experience! Can you sponsor Visas?
Yes, we do have a sponsorship licence. However, in line with home office regulations, we can only sponsor visas for specific roles.
Do you work with recruiters?
At the moment, we're not looking for any recruitment support as we use our in-house team to source our talent. However, we will of course reach out should we need help in the future!
What is your interview process?
We apply the principle of continuous improvement to our interview process so the way it works is always changing! Our guiding philosophy here is to give our candidates the best possible experience; interviews should be as much about proving to you there is no better company to work at than Judopay, as you proving yourself to us. Interviews vary by speciality and level but they generally follow a 3-stage process: 1) A phone screen call 2) A face-to-face with the hiring manager 3) A second face-to-face where you will meet the hiring manager again, a member of the leadership team, and meet with a few employees from different teams.
We may throw in some psychometric tests, a presentation, case study or competency based scenarios but don't worry, we will tell you what to expect ahead of time :)
